Treatments
There is a dedicated treatment room with independent access from our other accommodation. Annette and John both offer Reiki. Annette offers Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Life Coaching, and Indian Head Massage. Other local offerings include Tarot readings with (Emma at www.seeds-of-light.co.uk), It would help us to know your likely requirements in advance of your visit.
Quietly Around the Retreat
We have 4 acres of 'garden'. This provides various
quiet spots for relaxation. There are two ponds,
a well stocked garden in a variety of natural settings, and various benches and seats in
private locations. A summer house overlooking the orchard is hidden nearby.
The Yurt is an important additional space ideal for our regular events and occassional workshops etc.
It is away from the house overlooked by no one, with it's own log fire and an atmosphere of tranquility.
A workshop/art studio is available for guests who wish to get creative, again there is
a log fire and comfy seats making it easy to relax and contemplate the next creative step.
Outdoors there is equipment available for Croquet
on the lawn,BBQ's and on request Campfires may be possible.
Sheep are kept on the 40 acres that make up the farm. High up there is moor land, derelict buildings and views across to Moel Siabod, the Glyders, and Tryfan, as well as down to the beautiful Lledr valley. On the lower land there are mature trees, small rocky outcrops, streams, waterfalls and grassy meadows for your enjoyment. There are numerous walks from the house in the Surrounding Area.
