johnH John Cass moved to Snowdonia Retreat in Jan 2007.
He has a background of working in business, and training & development in the City of London. He became involved in Reiki in 1997 due to an illness in his family and was initiated as a Reiki Master in June 2006 With two grown up children living in Surrey, and two granddaughters who he loves to visit makes him very willing to run Reiki classes not only at The Retreat but also in the Surrey or Essex. John has a special interest in sound therapy and has attended various workshops over the years - he runs Sound Healing Days in the Yurt. He has a large repertoire of songs and chants from all over the world and runs regular chanting sessions here at the Retreat~ and elsewhere when requested. John has recently joined a local painting club and enjoys playing the african drum, playing golf, gardening and practising yoga.
