Annette Bunning has been living and working in North Wales since 1990
She helped to convert Fron Goch and the grounds into the Retreat
you see today.
She has a background of working with diverse
groups of people - as a lecturer in Colleges, as an
outdoor instructor in the mountains and as a
management development tutor with companies. She is a
trained counsellor who has worked with various
agencies over many years. She has a dynamic creative
approach to life. Having embraced many life changes and losses herself,
she is comfortable in the role of supporting others through changes.
She has attended many training courses and undertaken deep personal
work which she can draw on when working with others.
The treatments she offers are supported by an holistic approach to each
individual. As a result of your time at the Retreat you may be encouraged
to look at, and maybe adjust, your lifestyle or way of looking at things.
Annette's current hobbies are painting, gardening, skiing and singing with the Bluebelles.
She practises Reiki on a daily basis and Yoga or Tai Chi whenever she can. She is currently
training with Phyllis Lei Furumoto to be a reiki master
