The traditional Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki is offered. See below for more details This treatment will help you to self heal. Reiki will be drawn to whatever level you need at the time whether that be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Hands are gently placed in 12 positions and held for several minutes whilst you are fully clothed usually on a massage coach with a pillow and blanket for comfort You will take the universal life energy that you need to help heal your mind, body and spirit. Treatment typically lasts 1 hour.

  • Four treatments on consecutive days are highly recommended as having a major inpact, allowing a person to recognise, accept and draw on this universal life energy.
  • Reiki is suitable for a vast variety of symptoms and ailments from minor aches and pains to chronic illnesses that have mystified traditional medicine. Use it to :speed up recovery after stressful events and life changes, :for deep relaxation, or :as a powerful tool for personal and spiritual development.

    Usui Shiki Ryoho

    The Reiki method is not only for healing illness. "Its true purpose is to correct the heart-mind, keep the body fit, and lead a happy life using the spiritual capabilities human beings were endowed with since birth"

    Usui Shiki Ryoho is an integrated system of Reiki that includes 4 aspects:

  • Healing Practice- for regular self treatment and the treatment of others.
  • Personal Development- giving and receiving treatments helps develop clarity about oneself and humanity
  • Spiritual Discipline- with regular practice comes awakening of the sacred in everyday life.
  • Mystic Order- practicing Usui Shiki Ryoho brings a sense of common puropose and connectedness with others following this path
